He is the original creator of Ken Kaniff, a character who has popped up in Eminem’s\n\nwork from time to time. The Ken Kaniff character originated from a skit he did where he prank-called Eminem and pretended to be Ken Kaniff\n\nfrom Connecticut. However, Eminem put the skit on The Slim Shady LP without Aristotle’s permission and thus their beef began. Aristotle was originally in a rap group with\n\nhis friend \"Evan Bogart\" called \"Tha Malpraktis\" Aristotle would pursue rap and meet Eminem in 1997 after Evan told him to come to the Rap\n\nOlympics to see him. Aristotle and Em were friends and can be seen in a few freestyles together on the wake up show,\n\nand Em supposedly even made him his hype man for a bit. The two would go on to have a few issues with each other one being the Defari Incident.\n\nThe Defari incident starts with the fact that Aristotle was beefing with another rapper called \"Defari Heru.\"\n\nAristotle would diss Defari at The Whisky A Go Go which put Eminem in an uncomfortable situation and led to him cutting ties with Aristotle. The second reason was over who owned the character \"Ken\n\nKaniff\" Eminem had put the prank phone call on his album as a skit, and this made Aristotle upset, so they had a dispute over who owned the character.\n\nAllegedly, Aristotle also had gotten Eminem's wife, Kim, pregnant and had a child with her, and this would be the \"third reason\" they fell out, though\n\nthat can't be confirmed true. They had both fallen out with each other and that could have been the end of it, but Eminem would continue to voice\n\nKen Kaniff himself on his next album. This led to Aristotle firing back with his own album \"KEN KANIFF FROM CONNECTICUT..\" This album\n\ncontained the diss track to Eminem \"Dotcom\" and would be his first album as \"The Real Ken Kaniff.\" Eminem used Ken again on \"The Eminem\n\nShow, which led Aristotle to remake his previous album with more tracks and releasing it as \"The Ken Kaniff Show.\"\n\nHe then joined IUMA in late 2002 where he would re release The Ken Kaniff Show with new re arranged tracklist containing 20 tracks.\n\nHe would then being work on a second album, which would seemingly be released on New\n\nYear's Day of 2003, and be titled \"Heavenly Father.\" Aristotle had by then started an independent label\n\nknown as \"Cock&Ass Records;\" where he would sign IUMA artists such as \"Nasty Menace\" who is rumoured to be famous comedian \"Sacha Baron\n\nCohen.\" Aristotle as Ken and Sacha as Menace released a parody of a 2Pac bootleg EP \"Don't Go 2 Sleep titled \"Don't Tell Daddy\"\n\nAlso during this time Aristotle started working with rapper \"Clint Dogg\" from C Style Records and he\n\nfeatured on six tracks from his \"Who Shit\" Mixtape. Aristotle would continue making music and joke skits and even releasing an unknown album on\n\nNew Years of 2004. After moving from IUMA to SoundClick in 2005 Aristotle would then join \"Sadistik Records\" where he would re-release The Ken Kaniff\n\nShow for a second time under the name \"I'm Not Shady.\" Aristotle then left the rap scene, pursuing his career in education, which he was growing in\n\nwhen the whole Ken Kaniff thing started. His father Nick Arnold, was a television sitcom writer and wanted Josh to follow that path too but he\n\nwent in law instead. In his senior year of college in 2001 at UCLA, he changed his career path from law to education. He would attend Harvard.\n\nand earned a Master's in school leadership and later got both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate's degrees from UCLA and USC. He would then begin\n\nteaching and eventually become a principal, executive director, district administrator, and eventually, in 2016 he would accept the position as\n\nSuperintendent of the Culver City Unified School District, but he was let go in 2017 due to an \"unshared vision\" between him and the school board. In 2018\n\nHe would return to rap and drop an MGK diss and a few other songs for fun, then disappear from rap again. He continued to stay in education\n\nfounding his own education tool and platform in 2023 called \"Impacter\" that focuses on emotional learning. Aristotle doesn't like his music to\n\nbe put on the internet because it's subject matter could cause him to lose his education status that he cherishes so deeply.","Update Notes\nCurrent Editors","Tracks the music by Aristotle that has been deemed \"Lost Media\"\nGeorge (@georgeothey)","Links on pillowcase\nAlex","Added \"Mysteries\" tab to address unknown info and possible theories/rumours\nShoutouts","Added \"Impacter\" tab to provide his appearances in podcasts, presentations, etc.\nPaul for finding tons of 03 tracks and contacting people like Cassidy Hoban","Works Now On The TrackerHub Site\nGio for assembling the group and helping find tracks/info"],"era_colors":{"Tha Malpraktis":["#000000","#945ef6"],"KEN KANIFF FROM CONNECTICUT..":["#7f6000","#ffd966"],"The Ken Kaniff Show":["#6c140a","#ffffff"],"The Ken Kaniff Show (Re Release)":["#a90909","#ffffff"],"Heavenly Father":["#434343","#ffffff"],"Don't Tell Daddy: Tha EP":["#1d3515","#dc1e24"],"Unknown Album":["#999999","#ffffff"],"I'm Not Shady":["#111037","#726eff"],"2018 Return":["#dce89a","#028f89"]}}
